Senate Bill No. 3342: Palliative and End of Life Care Act of 2012

Senate Bill No. 3296: Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials’ Term Office Act of 2012

The bill seeks to change the term of barangay and sangguniang kabataan officials from three (3) years to five (5) years. This measure aims not only to save money to fund other aspect of national development, but more importantly, to give the barangay and sangguniang kabataan officials a longer period to pursue their program of development uninterrupted by concerns for re-election.

Senate Bill No. 3275: Sustainable Development and Use of the Island of Boracay

A policy mechanism is adopted through this proposed law to allow and facilitate the titling of lands in the Island of Boracay in favor of qualified Filipinos.
