On 16 May 2017, BBM received a copy of the Motion from the OSG asking for additional time to file its Compliance with various PET Resolutions.
On 17 May 2017, BBM received a copy of the Notice from the COMELEC acknowledging receipt of election documents relating to Election Protest Case No. 2016-16 (Michael Rama vs. Tomas Osmeña).
On 18 May 2017, BBM received a copy of the Notice from the COMELEC informing the parties in Election Protest Case No. 2016-07 (Angana vs. Zambo, et.al) of the delivery and turn-over of various election-related documents to the Commission on 23 May 2017.
The PET set the Preliminary Conference for BBM’s election protest on 21 June 2017. This means that 357 days will have passed since he filed his protest on 29 June 2016.
After 46 weeks, we are still waiting for the PET :
