PRESIDENT-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Thursday bared more members of his Cabinet, particularly those who will comprise the all too important economic cluster, a day after being officially proclaimed as the 17th leader of the country.

In an interview with Press Secretary-designate Beatrix "Trixie" Cruz-Angeles, Marcos Jr. named incumbent Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Benjamin Diokno as the incoming Secretary Department of Finance (DoF).

Taking over Diokno's unexpired term as BSP chief until June 2023 will be Monetary Board member Felipe Medalla.

Marcos Jr. tapped international development banker Alfred Pascual as the next Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), while SMC Tollways head Manny Bonoan is nominated to the top post of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

Filling in the position as Special Assistant to the President (SAP), meanwhile, is former congressman Anton Lagdameo.
