PRESIDENTIAL aspirant Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and his running mate, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, support the senatorial bids of former Public Works Secretary Mark Villar, former Palace spokesman Harry Roque, and former senator Jose "Jinggoy" Estrada.
"(Nandito) si [dating] Secretary Mark Villar na susunod na senador, iluluklok po natin siya sa Senado (Here is former Secretary Mark Villar who will be the next senator)," Marcos, presidential aspirant of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP), said in his speech in a rally in Bacoor City, Cavite.
He also introduced Roque of the People's Reform Party and Estrada of the Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino (PMP) as UniTeam's senatorial bets.
Villar filed his certificate of candidacy under the Nacionalista Party in October.
Duterte-Carpio, vice presidential aspirant of the political party Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD), also named Villar, Roque, and Estrada as her senatorial bets.
"Ang ating mga senador, Senador Harry Roque, Senador Mark Villar at Senador Jinggoy Estrada (Our senators, Sen. Harry Roque, Sen. Mark Villar and Sen.," Jinggoy Estrada), she said.
Last month, the PFP, Lakas-CMD, Hugpong ng Pagbabago, and PMP joined forces to form the UniTeam Alliance.
