Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr., chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Works, today conducted an ocular inspection of vital infrastructures in the province of Pangasinan that sustained damage as a result of typhoon Lando.
Marcos flew to Urdaneta City as guest of honor and speaker at the congress of the province’s Barangay Health Workers and he took the opportunity to also see for himself the extent of devastation caused by the typhoon in the province.

“We will begin our deliberation on the 2016 budget when we resume our session next week and this would help me pinpoint priorities for the rehabilitation and repair of vital infrastructures,” said Marcos.
Before this, the senator also had a meeting with Urdaneta Mayor Gregorio “Boom” Perez, city councilors and other local officials to discuss not only the effect of typhoon Lando in the city but also other concerns of the local government.
