THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) is extending the operating days and hours of overseas voting local registration centers beginning Monday, February 15.
In an advisory, the Comelec – Office for Overseas Voting announced that overseas voting registration centers in Metro Manila will now be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays).
Qualified Filipinos, who will be outside the Philippines from April 10 to May 9, 2022, may register as overseas voters.
The overseas voting local registration centers are the OFOV registration center at the Palacio del Gobernador Building in Intramuros, DFA – Aseana in Parañaque City, the Marina satellite office in SM Manila, and the POEA main office in Mandaluyong City.
Filipinos who are already overseas can register at the nearest Philippine embassy or consulate in their area.
