Senator Bongbong Marcos rallies his O/S to a new and better year of public service in 2011
In a bid to start the new year right and with better public service foremost in mind, Senator Bongbong Marcos assembled his troops on 7 January 2011 at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) in Pasig City for their first major staff meeting of the year, the main objective of which was to assess the organizational and operational efficiency of his Senate office (“O/S”) during the first six months of his Senate term. The Senator encouraged interactive discussion and a healthy and free-flowing exchange of ideas and suggestions from and among his staff members, in order to accurately map out the problem areas and seek solutions to the same. Senator Bongbong oversaw his team during the whole-day seminar, which included related and equally important topics such as proper office decorum and public service ethics and professionalism. He was ably assisted by his Chief-of-Staff, Mr. Ramon B. Cardenas, for the duration of the activity, which was promised to be just a prelude to a more rigorous O/S team-building activity proper in the near future, all for the purpose of improving office operations aimed at better serving the Filipino people.
