BBM further rises at 56.8%, maintains dominance in latest RMN survey

8 February 2022

THERE seems to be no stopping presidential candidate Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. from dominating the survey ratings as he registered a 56.8% voters’ preference and even amplified his lead in the latest Radio Mindanao Network and Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (RMN-APCORE) survey.

Indeed, Bongbong maintained his wide lead over the other presidential hopefuls, even increasing his numbers by 1.8% compared to his 55% last November 2021.

RMN-APCORE survey results show Leni Robredo is at far second with her 17.1% even as her net satisfaction rating -- based on another survey for public officials conducted by the Social Weather Stations -- came crashing down to one percent.

From 13% in the last survey, Francisco Domagoso Moreno’s rating dropped to 11.5%, while Sen. Manny Pacquiao gained a bit from a measly 4 percent to 4.4%.

Sen. Panfilo Lacson barely made headway as he continues to hobble in 5th place with his 3 percent, while Ernesto Abella, Leody De Guzman, Norberto Gonzales, and Antonio Parlade remained cellar dwellers, getting less than 1 percent each.

Political analysts say Bongbong’s lead seemed to be unreachable at this point.

This, as the campaign period kicks off even as he continues to lord it over all reputable survey firms, in what could be a prelude to a landslide victory.

RMN-APCORE’s survey was conducted from January 26 to January 30 with 2,400 respondents aged 18 years old and above.

The survey has a +/-2 margin of error.
